Our Story

Bold New Woman™ began with a pattern.

For years, I worked with elite athletes competing under intense pressure — championship environments where hesitation costs outcomes. What separated the most reliable performers wasn’t talent.

It was training.

They weren’t fearless.
They were conditioned to respond clearly when their nervous system surged.

At the same time, outside of sport, I kept seeing the exact same pattern in capable, intelligent women.

They knew what they wanted to say.
They knew what mattered to them.
But in the moment — conversations, decisions, boundaries — something narrowed.

It wasn’t a confidence problem.
It was a pressure-response problem.

My Turning Point

In 2025, while coaching the Australian Women’s Lacrosse Team in a high-pressure international environment, something became unmistakably clear:
